Concierge is the most pet friendly apartment building in the Midwest! Your furry friends will feel right at home with our paw pub (doggie community room), pet spa, and 10,000 square foot dog park. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. We charge a $300 refundable deposit for each pet. In addition, there is a $300 non-refundable pet charge per pet, and $70 pet rent per pet, per month. Please call us so we can provide more information!
