Pet Policy

Concierge is the most pet friendly apartment building in the Midwest! Your furry friends will feel right at home with our paw pub (doggie community room), pet spa, and 10,000 square foot dog park. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. We charge a $200 refundable deposit for each pet. In addition, for dogs there is a $300 non-refundable fee per dog, and $50 pet rent per dog per month. For cats, there is a $300 non-refundable fee per cat, and $25 pet rent per cat per month. Please call us so we can provide more information!
